Last Tuesday, I took my XT276 to the local fairgrounds where I rent inside cold storage for my unit during the winter months.

Storage there is the same price as fenced, outside storage in a storage yard so it's a no brainer.

I won't have access or see it until it's time to pick it up in the spring....but know it won't be subjected to the weather/snow and wind.

Of course, tossed in six packets of Fresh Cab rodent repellent to assure no mice infestation as the packets have never failed to prevent those fully little critters from occupancy.
:)

Winter's a long time going.....:(

We are hoping to slip in one more short trip but with fall bearing down on us it will have to be a quickie...... It's already dipping into the 40's at night here.

40's is still T shirt weather here. :D:D

Been below freezing nights quite a bit already. Weeks forecast is for high 20's/low 30's nights and mid/high 40's daytime.

Of course, those in the southern states can't comprehend winter temps of 20 -35 below zero with a 25 MPH or higher breeze blowing.

Oh we have our cold weather, it just doesn't last as long. We might dip into single digits but for only 1 or 2 nights most winters. I was born here so I don't really know what a cold winter, as you describe, is like.
I love it when it snows 1 or 2 inches..... but the best part is, in three days, it melts and is gone! :)
