Rear stabilizer jack not working

Hi my rear stabilizer jack is not working. The motor runs but the Jack doesn't go up or down. Any idea or videos on how to fix. I have a 2012 20 ft. I can't think of the model number of hand.

There should be a shear pin on the screw that lowers the arm that is broke

Thanks for the reply,do I need to take the Jack motor apart or is it accessable from the outside

From the out side. The large threaded rod that turns to move the pad has a pin through it that connects or to a coupler with a slot in it. Yo may have to turn the motor a little to align it so you can see the pin that has been sheared.
