removing old decals and sticky residue

All the decals or graphics on my TT are old cracked and peeling. A friend of mine who wraps vehicles and trucks told me to use 91% rubbing alcohol to remove the residue left from the graphics. On the parts that I used it on it worked like a charm..try it. it so cheap, i picked up two big bottles at Big Lots..
