replacing interior bulbs...

Hello all,

We have a '14 FF 189FBS and I want to replace the original interior bulbs with LED's. My question is how do I take out the bulbs without breaking the housing? It seems like you push the tab and the bulb should slide out but I've had no luck, plus the plastic bends like crazy and i definitely don't want to break anything if I can help it. Any tips?

On mine they are wedge base bulbs and you just pull them straight out. They come out pretty easy so if yours are taking a lot of force maybe they are different?

My FF also has a wedge bulb that pulls straight out.

I find this graphic very helpful for buying replacement bulbs, including LEDs.

If you have the bayonet style bulbs like Michelle posted then you have to push them in and turn to remove them.

Led's I used and work well in Fun Finder

These are the brightest with best write ups I found on Amazon for the price.

Cutequeen 10pcs LED Car Lights Bulb White T15 T10 68smd 3014 800 Lumens

The old ones were tight but just pull steadily and inserting the led's was more difficult but make sure it's lined up and push hard but steady. If it doesn't work just reverse it.
