Roof Sealant

Need to make some patches to cracks in the roof sealant and it appears that Dicor is a good choice. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with it? Any tips on application other than what Dicor says?

I've used the Dicor self leveling sealant with very good results.

I'm please with the results of using Dicor self leveling sealing when removing and replacing my TV antenna and when installing a vent cover.
