hi I'm new here. having a problem getting warranty work on my 18 ,27lk camper roof. is there anyone out there to help me? been at dealers for going on 5 months . they keep saying they haven't heard from cruiser for ok.

Have you called Cruiser directly?? Five months -- ouch! On the other hand, look how much you've saved on storage fees! Pretty clever to take your trailer to the dealer at the end of camping season and just leave it there.

Just kidding. Really, they should have responded by now.

Five months is seriously excessive. In my experience with dealerships sometimes a letter from a lawyer works wonders. A letter from a lawyer seems excessive but so is five months. Good luck.

IF you are unable to get some resolution, Trailer Life magazine has a resolution forum for the settlement of conflicts between consumers and manufacturers, accessory suppliers and service providers.
Once all over approaches are exhausted, mail a typed letter to Trailer Life RV Resolutions 2750 Park View court suite 240 Oxnard, California 93036.
Include copies of appropriate bills and correspondence along with a self addressed, stamped envelope.
Selected letters may be published in the Trailer Life magazine unless otherwise requested. Every issue has a number of letters published with results from the mfg/supplier/service center.
