We have been busy enjoying our new 2012 215WKS this summer, having travelled down to Idaho and all over Alberta. One comment we keep getting from other RV'ers when packing to leave is that it seems that our slide is not all the way in.

Indeed, it does not sit flush against the trailer when it is brought in and the motor will not bring it is further. Is this typical, or is it something I should add to my list of warranty items to be addressed?

Overall, we are really happy with our decision to purchase a FF, despite the few issues we have had. Our dealer has been quick to get us in for appointments on warranty items.

Thanks in advance for your insight/opinion.

I would have it looked at on your "warranty list". Most slides will close with the top contacting first and then the bottom draws up last and sometimes the bottom doesn't draw up as tight as the top. That makes sure that the top is sealed against rain, but, the bottom, less susceptible to rain, may not always pull up as tight. Probably, your slide was adjusted, but, not adjusted well enough for the difference to be barely noticeable. It is a simple adjustment and as long as the top is tight, not a major concern...just add it to the "list", but, definitely have it adjusted while you still have the warranty. :D
