STOLEN FUN FINDER IN ILLINOIS

My parents' 2007 Fun Finder X250 was stolen late Monday night (July 20th, 2008) here in Illinois. Does anyone know where to post this type of thing? We are in a rural part of Illinois and the police dont seem real motivated. Thanks for any info you may have. The jack was not put up all the way when they took off with it. It will be damaged and or broke off. The cover for the spare tire had a black ring stain on it from the spare tire. Thanks for any info you may have!

that sucks, keep an eye out on craigslist, without a title it will be hard to sell , hopefully it ends up where someone sees it. and i feel for youy about the cops my car was stolen and they could care less, i ended up finding it on my own before the cops did

Michigan's got your back. I am familiar with the Fun Finders, and will keep a look out up here for you. If the local police are not very interested perhaps you might contact the state police, they may know more about such matters, if this was random or a growing pattern. Also, I would recommend contacting your Sect. of State's office and ask if someone would be able to reestablish ownership of a stolen rv, how would you prevent it, and if they have a list of stolen vehicle vin#'s to run before anyone other than your parents can lay claim to it.
