Storing RV, does anyone place tarp under travel trailer?

Thinking about placing a tarp under travel trailer, as it will be stored in a barn at the local county fair. (keeping moisture at bay) any thoughts appreciated.

It won't hurt, but, IMHO, it won't help, either... I would get the tires off of the dirt for long term storage (over-winter), but, there is sufficient space for air circulation between the ground and the bottom of the trailer to keep that air space at the ambient humidity...nothing to be gained in the storage scenario for trying to block the ground effect on the humidity, particularly if it is only under your trailer and not the surrounding area.

Thanks webslave, this is my first time doing this. Also bought a adco cover for trailer to put on (bird poop). I think Ill leave a few windows cracked. Did measure cover wrong, trailer is actually 16 foot, bought a cover for 18 to 20 feet. (funfinder 189fbs, did not realize that was toungue also) kinda last minute doing this.

You should be OK with the longer cover as long as the RV is protected from most of the wind...if not, try to make sure that you cinch everything down as snug as possible. Flapping covers can abrade the finish on the filon and even rub the graphics off. If you have gutter extensions, you'll want to remove them at any rate - even if the cover isn't blowing around, the tension will cause them to poke through the cover pronto.

Leaving a window open isn't too important, but, leaving the roof vent open is. Windows would help some, but, the roof vent will do a much better job of air circulation to keep humidity and odors at bay and it won't let as much dust (airborn) in as the windows will (even covered).
