Six months after purchase, our 2012 trailer needed a little warranty work. I brought it in to our closest dealer, Family RV in Pomona, Calif., where we had bought the trailer. The whole process went fine -- if you want more detail, go to yelp and type in Family RV in Pomona.
The point of this post, I guess, is that not all service outfits are incompetent and untruthful. I have heard horror stories about some RV dealerships, but this one seems to be pretty good.
