Where is the slide control box that has the button needed to sync the Schwintek slide motors in a 2011 Fun Finder X 189FBS?

On my 2011 210 wbs all I need to do is run the slide all the way out and hold the switch till you hear the motor automatically trip. Then run it in holding the switch till it trips again the controller resets itself. All lined up.

Y slide is binding up on one side. Not sure if that sides motor is even working. Do you know where the motors are?

The section under my bed where the hot water tank is, is framed in wood with no apparent opening. Wondering if they forgot to put an opening.
Do you know where your slide motors are and how to access them? One motor may be dead or dying. It is binding on that side after only a few seconds of movement on the other side

Its under the bed. You'll have to lift the mattress and plywood to get in there.

Is the water heater bypass valve in there as well?
My bed is heavy and lifting it is unrealistic. i am thinking I will use a mirror to see if there is a way i can cut an opening in that box from the storage area to access it and then cut a piece of wood to screw over the opening. Do you think that is realistic? Sure wish they had made it more accessible.

Yes, it can be heavy. Have a piece of wood handy 2 ft of 2x4 should do it and prop it up while you work in there.
You need to get under there at least twice a year to winterize and de-winterize anyway.
Installing an access panel seems like way more work than figuring out a way to prop it open. Or get someone to help. 😀

So is the hot water heater bypass valve is in there ?
I have gone thru 2 winters without opening or vlosing it as i never found it. I live in Reno, NV.

Got the bed propped up and found all i was looking for. The water heater bypass and the slide controller.
I don’t know which of the 3 valves to turn to bypass the water heater. Would it be the one on the blue line going directly into the tank? I bought my trailer used and it only came with a basic manual and nothing on specifics.
You may reply to me directly at nvwoodturner@aol.com or call or text at (775)771-0732. Thank you so much gor your help

Slide motor

I have a 2010 185FBS. My sofa slide only has one motor in the center of the slide. To see it I have to remove the panel at front of sofa. The slide rolls on two rollers, each near the sides, under the floor. If yours is same as mine, perhaps one roller is jammed. I can see the track for the motor underneath my slideout when it is extended and can see the marks underneath the slideout floor where it rolls on the rollers. Perhaps they changed all this for the year after mine, and when they added 4 inches to the trailer.
