I quickly got tired of having to remove the bench seat cushion and plywood seat support/cover just to gain access to the water tank drain valve every time we moved to a new site. I hate hauling a tank of water everywhere I go. That's 200lbs of dead weight to lug around if it's full, so I am always draining the tank.
What I ended up doing was using a jigsaw to cut a 5 inch diameter hole in the plywood seat support directly above the tank drain valve, and then glued a couple of thin strips of wood to the underside of the plywood sheet to hold that 5 inch cutout in place. Now when I want to drain the tank, I just have to raise the seat cushion enough so I can slip that 5 inch cover out of the way and reach down through the hole to open the drain valve. (Take note of where the existing seat support beam is to avoid cutting a hole where that piece is.)

Since we're to lazy to boondock anyway, I removed the fresh water tank on our T139 and use that area for storage. I can always put it back and when/if I do your access door mod will go back in with it.
