For those who believe the price of the Fun Finder was expensive for what you got ... take a look at Tiny House, the TV show. $60,000 for about 200 square foot and then need a place to park it too.

Our FF is small, older and we got it used so we don't have a great deal tied up. Even with some problems we feel it was a bargain.
I really think those "Tiny House" dealers are simply taking advantage of our failing education system......

Actually aren't they about 8 feet wide and maybe 15 -20 feet long. That's like 160 sq ft plus loft (maybe).
Like $360/sq. Ft. And you will have a hard time parking it anywhere for any length of time due to ordinances. New construction here in Michigan runs about $200 but that is for a real house with utilities and s foundation.
I think they sell tiny homes to people with stars in their eyes and a big pocketbook.

I herd of someone that wanted to put one on large lot in Ontario in the country, but he couldn't get a permit to do it. Seems because it had 'wheels' so you could move it and no 'foundation', in order to live in it full time, the zoning had to be for a trailer park.... #beurocratsattheirfinest
lol

Yes, and even homes have a minimum square foot rule in many places. 450 comes to mind. But then you have the utility hurdles as well... well and septic, electricity, etc. And ordinances that say you can only park one in someone's yard for like two weeks at a time. But out west there are tiny house communities being allowed. But expensive even so.

People that spend that much on a tiny home probably have tiny brains. Seriously, if you want to spend that much for so little, go to Japan and buy a shed. At least you can get a profit when you sell it. :-|

I think you are correct. They had one of 240 square feet ... the price was $120,000.

LOL ~ that is the same size as my XT276 and the price was close to $100,00 less.

:p:p
