Looking to see what others have made of the corner Tube TV cabinet. MODS, etc...
By this I mean pretty much anything from a flat screen mount, re purposing the empty spot as a cell phone/tablet/laptop charging area, to putting an in wall AC unit there 'cause the rooftop one is too loud.
I put a double USB charger in the "cigarette lighter" hole. Then I installed a power strip and plugged in various wall warts. A place to charge all the little electronic attention leaches civilization gives us. I also mounted a battery powered, 3 AAA's, compact motion detector light to the top of the inside of the "TV hole" so if it is dark and you don't know which blinking LED is yours just place your hand near it an the area inside the cabinet is illuminated.
I have been known to also place a laptop with a wireless keyboard here so I can veg out on the couch while it wont stop raining.
