Warranty issue

would like to hear from people who have warranty issues fixed before the warranty ran out. Did cruser rv still look after the problem if you reported it within the first year? Or will they say its your problem now? Good thing cruser is not it the auto busness or they would be broke. Salty

Sorry to hear you are having so many problems. My '08 has, now, 31,000 miles on it and never had an issue of any type; warranty or otherwise. Some friends bought 2010 and are currently on the road (I went to meet up with them and travel along for awhile; his wife and son are bicycling across the US and he's the "base station") and he had an issue with some of the slip joints working loose on his plumbing (traps) and I fixed them with fusible rubber tape. No other issues on his.

So, to answer your question more directly; I've no experience with warranty issues with CruiserRV, but, all of my other communications with them were nothing short of exemplary.
