What is this for?

Working on our recently purchased 2011 210WBS and found this in the area under the fridge. Any ideas what it’s for? The picture I’ve uploaded is upside down. Obviously I’m not familiar with manipulating images in a forum.

Looks like it was maybe added by a previous owner.
Is/was there a small 12v fan in the top vent area behind the refrigerator? It was a popular DIY to add a small fan to assist the fridge in getting cold a little quicker. Of the ones I've seen there is always a switch hanging somewhere.

I did pull the fridge out and replaced the fan. It was making an awful noise each time it ran and it came off and on every 30 seconds. There were no extra fans on the fridge. I’ll trace the wires at a later date and see what I can figure out. Thanks for replying.

I have a 2011 210 WbS, when you get a chance and find that saying, do me a favor and make sure you post it.I've never had a problem with my refrigerator so have no idea what's back there
