where is the hot water heater on a 189fbr?

I am trying to learn this trailer, no manual, of course, so I need to know where is the water heater, and how do I turn it on? It is a 2006 189fbr.

under the front bunk left side, drain ports and exhaust are on the left outside just below the fresh water fill. At least that where mine is on 2012 fds
