Very noisy air conditioner in 2014 195wbs-suggestions?

Our 2014 Shadow Cruiser 195wbs has a very noisy air conditioner.
Even on low it can drown out conversation. Is this normal or something wrong or are we setting the cooling and fan speed wrong? Any...
