Default Roof type and maintenance question

2006 FF shadow cruiser X. What do they call my roof material, TPO or EPDM? What special treatment is suggested other then keeping it clean? Mine has no rips or tears, no leaks n seams r in good condition...want to keep it that way! Last cleaned with scrub brush n mild detergent.

My roof is TPO, but not sure if they were using that in 2006. Cleaning with mild soap & water is the way to go. Some people use 303 protectant others say it doesn't do anything and is a waste of money.

I drape a couple canvas drop cloth from home depot over my trailer to keep direct sun off of it. They have lasted for years in direct sunlight. My roof and seals still look great. I remember reading somewhere the roof manufacture recommends not treating with protectants.

I thought this would have the roof material for your 2006 but it doesn't.
