Welcome to Fun Finder We'd love to see pictures of your adventures as it's unlikely many of us will ever get to see the beautiful scenery of New Zealand

Neil and Yoly, my son backpacked in NZ for a month several years ago, and apparently there is a thriving RV rental market catering to international tourists. So don't despair -- even though we can't drive to NZ, we can fly there and rent a "caravan" (a rather more adventurous-sounding word than "trailer").

To upload an image .... click the IMG button from the toolbar at the top, then without moving the cursor paste the URL from the "hosted" image and then again, without moving the cursor, click the IMG button again. You should then have the URL sandwiched between the two IMG indicators. I generally hit the enter key and go down a line just to ensure the operation is complete.
Hope this works for you

Hey Dan,
Thanks for that tidbit of info. Other than the very long plane ride and required passport, there's not much to keep us from "caravaning" in New Zealand then
When we had our T@B, I used to read an online publication called "Tiny Trailers and Teardrops" and there were often articles and photos about small trailer popularity in NZ. It seems that it's a beautiful place to go caravaning
Neil

Kiwi5, one more tip about posting a photo -- as Neil and Yoly said, there has to be a "hosted" site. So, for example, I have my blog on blogspot, complete with photos. The photos are uploaded to my blog, and they reside on Google's servers. (This is a free service, by the way.)
Then, when there is a photo from my blog that I want to post on this forum, I go to my blog and right click on the photo. I copy the URL for the photo. I then take that info and paste it into the "img" dialog, as Neil mentioned.
The only other trick is that sometimes the "paste" function will either add a space after the img tag, or else it will delete a "close bracket" symbol around the tag. Either way, it messes up the photo post function, so you have to look very carefully to make sure the format is right. Don't be discouraged if it takes you a while to figure this out. Eventually, it gets fairly easy, although it is not nearly as easy as uploading the photo to the blog in the first place.

thanks Neil & Yoly, will set that up. just been & watched one of your tube clips - lovely RV & gorgeous travel destinations you have there too! will enjoy watching your camping journeys too... Yes caravanning/RV & camping is very popular here too - our roads in NZ aren't so smooth & nice tho, thats why we need a sturdy RV like our FunfinderX!

Hi there Mike & Sue, oh awesome ! thats cool to know..what year is yours? no real probs - just a bit of usual maintenance ..about to seal & replace rusty screws on wheel arches, as that driving rain last weekend saw a bit of water getting in round there to inside wheel arch. Is the front panel of yours with or without window? do u have bike racks attached? how long you had your Funfinder??
email me if u like, to photo swap etc..maybe we could catch up with vans sometime? anne.caparossa@gmail.com
