Default custom cover?

is it worth it to get a custom cover or will a large tarp do just as good of a job to cover our 160 for the winter?

I would worry about the grommet eyes on the tarp rubbing on and scratching the exterior of my TT.

I purchased a temporary shed, sometimes also called a portable garage, from Costco for something like $250. The whole trailer fits in there perfectly, and it is much better than a customized cover or tarp of any kind. It provides nice ventillation, easy in and out access, and sheds the leaves and snow much better. It is more expensive than a tarp, but I imagine cheaper than a customized cover. But some people have a problem with the looks of it in the yard. I don't have a problem with it, and kind of like it knowing that the RV is cozy inside.

we got it from camping world, it was around $200 it was on salw and free shipping. it seems to work good, but is way to big, theres a bunch extra all bundled up at the front. prob in a few weeks ill uncover it to see how it did, as long as we donthave any snow in the future
