Default Funfinder 2007 x139 roof

I can see a spot where I need to make a repair on the roof membrane on my 2007 x139. Did they use EDPM of TPO back then? Thanks.

It's probably TPO since Fundfinders were intended to be lightweight and TPO is significantly lighter than EPDM.
But to be sure you can remove a roof vent shroud on the INSIDE of your trailer. The roofing membrane has been cut and folded back against the vent opening. If the roofing membrane is black with a "colored surface" then it is EPDM. If there is a felt backing that obscures the base membrane, it's TPO.

Probably the easiest way to see it is to remove the four screws that hold the trim on the shower skylight. Mine had a felt backing so I guess it's TPO, it's a 2008 189 FBR. Thanks for the information LJAZ!

Liz,

I was pretty sure the roof material on Funfinders was TPO due to the weight savings over EPDM so it's good to have verification.

Ours is EDPM but it's been replaced. Not sure what the OEM was.
