Motorised lift bed will not function

We have a Fun Finder Xtra XT-200 trailer we use on the farm for a mobile lunchroom when working far from the main farm. It was bought used, I don't know the year.

The motorised lifting bed will not function. Pressing the up or down switch does nothing. I have seen the bed work before so it is a fairly recent problem. The bed is currently all the way up so I can't access the motor. Trailer is plugged in and all other electrical items function.

I have checked fuses, all appear fine. I can't tell which is the bed motor fuse as the labeling on the fuse box appears to have been written by a blind 5 year old with hand tremors. After reading the issues from other owners, and the general construction of our trailer, we are beginning to believe these trailers are junk.

Can anyone provide input? Is there a master lock-out switch for the motor that would cause it to be completely dead?

I ended up taking the wires off the motor and using a cordless drill battery to basically hot wire it to get the bed moving. The control board is fried. Since the bed is rarely used, we just left the wires run and we jump it with a battery.
