Default Steps, Ramp, or Lift..??

My Wife has had knee replacements ,and now has trouble going up the steps..
A 4in step works for her ..or a ramp..Has any one made a mod or know what to do..??

I like the StepAbove..going to contact them to see if it can be made with a 4in step..Thank you..!!
