Default sway bars and load distribution

Can I install both anti-sway bars (have these) and a load level/distribution system at the same time...?

thanks,

Most credible weight distribution systems allow for this. Mine has a one or two sway option. I have not needed even one yet but will get one just in case.

I have only a weight distribution hitch on my FF-189 and have never had a problem with sway. I pull with a relatively heavy truck (chevy pickup) which may help. That includes a crosswind in Georgia strong enough to bend a kayak rack almost dumping my most prized posession on I-95

I have a regular hitch with a friction swaybar on the right side and I get no sway even passing a tractor trailer at 80+MPH.

I dont even know its back there unless its a long steep hill.
