18' aluminum frame with bump out. 3000 lbs, A/C, heat, large RV refrigerator/freezer, standard new queen mattress, new smart TV, full bath, 2 burner stove, microwave, dining table with storage benches and plenty of cabinet storage. Clean, non-smoking. Awning, outside pass through storage, pulls great! Weight distribution system included. Has some minor water damage from leak that has been repaired.
