Good question! And I have not figured out an answer either. Only one of the photos in my gallery has that problem and I have no clue why it happened and what to do about it. I uploaded it with several others.

You may need to return to the photo website you're using and rotate/repair it there. Not sure if you would need to re-upload or not.

None of my photos on my devices have problems. I post to the gallery directly from my iPhone, iPad or MacBook every time. It has to have something to do with posting on this site. Not sure why it would single out only one though...the breakfast photo. Lol!

Nope
You'll need to do that to the image before uploading. The underlying issue here is usually pics taken on portable devices. Your device auto rotates the image view on the device to meet the appropriate orientation of the device BUT it's actually saved in the native orientation (portrait). The forum software recognizes that orientation.
The simple solution is to resave the image in the updated orientation prior to uploading to the site.

Ok, I have saved two copies of the photo; one rotated left and one rotated right. I'll see which one works.

Neither one worked. They stayed rotated.

I don't know if anyone besides MichiganTraveler saw my gallery, BUT here's what I learned. All the photos that were landscaped were fine. The one photo that was PORTRAIT did the half-rotation dance .

I tried the suggestion of rotating mine before posting it again in the gallery and it failed, as I said above. If all portrait photos post screwy then that is a site problem. I'm pretty sure that the rest of mine were not all landscape.
And why isn't my Big Mac Bridge photo sideways?

Does the Forum allow posting attachments to PM's?
Hi Guys,
Posting pics to the main Forum works okay for me, just make sure to meet the attachment requirements for size and format... However, my problem lies with Attachments to a PM: Does the Forum allow posting attachments to PM's? I tried to post a low res map to Kansas Newbie and I cannot find a way to attach... ???
Thanks in advance...

I don't think you can attach a pic to a PM. At least not that I'm aware of.
