Default Trailer is winterize and I head to Florida

Just finished winterized and covering the FunFinder. It's been a great time this summer up in Michigan, but soon my wife and I will be driving down to Leesburg Florida to stay until May. Not looking forward to the 1200 mile trip, but at least it will be warm.

Yep, it's going to be close. Should arrive in central Florida Sunday evening.

Been to Florida 2 times ... once to Orlando for a Corp meeting in November in the 1980's and once to Miami in the late 1990's to go on a cruise to the Bahamas.

Florida is to hot and muggy for me and so are the Bahamas so have no desire to ever go to Florida again .. nor the Bahamas.

Both reminded me of the year in S.E. Asia in the mid '60's.

That is my opinion and so never plan to ever visit Florida or the Bahamas ever again.

BTW --getting some beautiful heavy snow right now and super lovely outside.

Winter in central Florida is great if you like sun and mild to warm temperatures. It sure beats winters in south west Michigan, where it is cold and cloudy most of the time. I think on average Michigan has daylight sunshine at about 30% or less during the winter. Very dreary place to be.

Worked for about a year in Saginaw MI -- winters about the same as here so no issues with one exception.

They would start salting the roads before the first snowflake fell and that would rust out vehicles quickly.
