Default New to forum 233rbs 2015

Just bought my slightly used 233 rbs. Live in sunny Florida. Do I need a cover if it's parked outside?

Hi Ermd... Welcome to the Forum...

I am originally from Arizona and the if a person does not cover their cars and trailers, fading is inevitable... You live in Florida and would be a better judge of environmental conditions, but I would think that a cover would help your vehicles and trailers...

Good luck... and hope to meet you sometime around a campfire sometime...

Hi & welcome to the forum!

I think most people use the covers for storage over the winter as they can be tedious to install & remove. Other cons I've heard is that the wind causes them to flap and wear marks in the sides. On the plus side it will protect the trailer from the sun.

Where do you park it? If you park it at home maybe you could get one of those fabric awning type carports.

Might wanna cruise the boating forums. Some of the hull waxes have at least some UV protection. (You'll see a lot of different opinions on which is best.)
