Default FRESH WATER TANK AND HOT WATER HEATER

I live in FL and when I go camping I do not use the fresh water tank or the hotwater heater. I have the hot water tank empty and bypassed and the fresh water tank has been cleaned and emptied. Is it ok to leave them both empty all the time?

My fresh water tank has been empty for about a year now with no ill effects that I'm aware of. We always use shore water for washing and jug water for drinking. We use our water heater so I'll let others comment about that.

Hey Florida!!

With both emptied and cleaned, and the water heater bypassed, I can't see why there would be any problems.
