Default Power problems with 2008 Funfinder X 189 FBS

Last night I brought my funfinder home from RV storage to ready it for our first weekend outing since last fall. When I plugged it into the home power (which I have done multiple times in the past) I had power to everything in the trailer...lights, fridge, micro, TV but not the heater. I called our service dep. for help and he stated that I would need to bring it in to troubleshoot. I went out to the trailer after coming home from work today, and now have no power to everything but the microwave....very weird. I checked everything, fuses, breakers, power leads with a multimeter at the converter, kill Switch from the battery...everything. I have power coming in, all fuses check out good, but no power to any equipment but that microwave. Before I drive the trailer almost 2 hours to the nearest service department, has anyone experienced this and is there something I can do to repair without the drive?

Wow! You are seeing voltage on both sides of breakers/fuses, but only microwave is working...strange. Also nothing to the 110V outlets? I had a similar problem and it was the battery kill switch was only partially engaged. I would suggest unplugging power from house, disconnect battery, then go through and open all breakers, then close them, maybe even pull all fuses, then reset them, cycle the kill switch to the battery, then hook up "Fully Chagred" battery, then finally plug in 110V power and see if it persists. Beyond that don't know, good luck and please let us know how this shakes out.

Power convertor was bad. According to warrantee repair it is a known issue with last years models....but they haven't had enough complaints to call a re-call on the product. if anyone has a 2008 Funfinder, I would look into getting this replaced ASAP.

On another note...I now have a gas leak when I start up the waterheater...ughh. Just one thing after another.
